How/where were the books printed?
They were printed in Pennsylvania with 40% post consumer recycled paper.
Can I cancel my order?
We have a 30 day money back guarantee, but you are responsible for shipping the books back to us before you receive your refund.
What will be in the personal video message?
Mr. Eco or Eco Sistah will rap part of a rap along book to your child or class. Giving them a shoutout and a thank you for being an EcoHero! Video length will be 30 seconds-1 minute.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
